What is the first step?

The Specialist will provide you a Pictorial Improvements Checklist, listing the areas that are distracting while including those areas with unique features to attract a buyer.

Then what’s next?

You decide what you want to take on, and what you will assign to the Specialist’s Team.

What might be needed?

Landscaping, Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall Repair, Carpentry, Tile & Grout, Power Washing, De-cluttering, Painting, Roof Repair, Packing & Moving, Deep Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Staging, Photographer/Videographer…and much more!!

When do we get started?

When you look over the Pictorial Report, you choose which jobs the Specialist’s Team will accomplish. Once you make your choice, they utilize their skills and expertise to transform your place.

Deep Cleaning

You may not notice those little marks and smudges anymore…but a new buyer will.

What is the first step?

The Deep Cleaning Specialist reports the flaws in your home that show up as dust, dirt and grime on walls, baseboards and surfaces which could catch a potential buyers’ eye.

Then what’s next?

You choose between a basic cleaning, or deep cleaning. (Consult the chart for pricing and details for both.)

We schedule an appointment that’s convenient for you.

Basic Cleaning vs. Deep Cleaning

CAL FIRE Inspection Help

Being fire-safe is just smart. But it’s also the law – especially for home sellers.

As of July 1^st, 2021, California AB-38 states that in high-risk fire areas a CAL FIRE Certificate of Inspection is required Before the Close of Escrow.

What is the first step? The Specialist will request the inspection of your property and schedule to walk the property with the CAL FIRE Inspector. You are welcome to join. As the CAL FIRE Inspector walks through your property, they will list any violations and email you the list. The Specialist will provide the inspectors’ comments not listed in the CAL FIRE Inspectors Report.

Then what’s next?

The Specialist will obtain bid(s) to resolve the violations. You can pass the list of violations and the bid(s) on to the buyer who will have a year to come into compliance.

What might be needed?

If you decide to clear the violations, the Specialist will aid in finding the workers to resolve the violations, allowing your property to pass the final CAL FIRE Compliance Report.
