Project 1 – Lake House
This project was a 3500 sq ft lakefront beach-style house with a spacious and substantial outdoor deck and umbrella table set to stage an oasis for the sun-lovers.
Swimmers and boat-lovers alike will enjoy their private dock and beach for easy access to enjoy this gorgeous home.
Dave organized his crew to enhance the natural beauty of this stunning property, combing the beach, power-washing decks, walkways and rock beds, while Tricia and her crew brought the interior to a sparkling polish appeal.

Project 2 – Mini-Mansion
This project was a 5500 sq ft luxurious mini-mansion property located in a gated community with recreational amenities such as a private lake, pools, parks with tennis courts, a marina, and a club house.
This home boasts of fountains inside and outside. The most stunning of all is the thundering waterfalls that pour from a 20 ft wide wall and spill into a backyard swimming pool creating a natural Shangri-la experience for entertaining family and friends.
Dave and his crew enhanced the landscape’s natural beauty with the manicuring of the trees and plants and power washed the swimming pool deck, the brick pathway entrance, rock beds and exterior of the house.
Tricia and her crew polished these rare white sedimentary tile floors, treated the beautiful wood shutter closets and engraved doors, as well as enhancing the beauty of a one-of-a kind gourmet kitchen.
The improvements that were made will create a once in a lifetime dream home for the lucky buyer!
